What is a Housing Application

GUIDANCE NOTES FOR COMPLETING THIS FORM AND HOW WE WILL PROCESS YOUR APPLICATION.

1. Please ensure that you complete every question that applies to you, otherwise the form may have to be returned to you thereby delaying the time it takes to process your application.

2. Applications are welcome from anyone aged 16 or over, although it is only in exceptional circumstances that people are actively considered for offers before they reach 18.

3. Housing need is assessed and points are awarded to reflect that need. Please see our publication your choice, your move for full details of the scheme

4. Vacant properties are advertised from Wednesday Am to Tuesday PM each week. People who have active applications registered with "your choice, your move" are able to express an interest in up to 3 properies each week.
