Applications are welcome from anyone aged 16 or over, however we would not normally actively consider someone under 18 for a tenancy without an acceptable guarantor.

Whilst we welcome applictions for scheme membership from everyone, some individuals may not be considered for offers of accommodation, or may have to meet some conditions before they can actively take part in the scheme. We also reserve the right to withdraw any offer of accommodation up to the signing of the Tenancy Agreement if we become aware of information that may cause you to be suspended.

All applications for scheme membership must be completed fully and honestly. If your application is found to contain false or misleading information, or relevant information is omitted, the application may be suspended.

You may save your partially completed application at any stage and return to it later. Saved applications will be held for 7days before being deleted
